Check-in 3-8 pm
At check-in guests are required to show a valid form of ID and a credit card.

Check-out until 11 am
At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned. In case of loss the damage will be charged.

Breakfast time 8-10 am
Please notify us of any known food allergies and/or intolerances.

Pets allowed on request. A surcharge is required.
Pets should always be kept on a leash in the outdoor public areas.
It is also forbidden to introduce them in the indoor public areas, and the outdoor area where breakfast is served.

Private parking is available on site upon reservation at 15.00 € per day.

Upon request, the property is available to organize additional services such as transfers to and from airports, boat trips and other leisure facilities – fees and rates on request.

In each room there is a safe where you can leave valuables. The Bed and Breakfast Villa Costanza will not be in any case and for any reason responsible for the loss of objects or other good property of the guest.

Minibar, coffee and tea are complimentary.

Housekeeping will rearrange the rooms between 9.30 am and 2.30 pm.

Smoking is prohibited in all the interior areas of Villa Costanza.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
The property is lifted from any type of liability for any accidents within the facility.

The reservation request can be made through a simple e-mail or by phone. You will receive from us an email confirming the receipt, accompanied by instructions regarding the means of payment. The reservation will be confirmed after payment.
Payment of the deposit and the balance can be performed by credit cards or bank transfer.
