Villa Costanza

Villa Costanza is located in Blevio, a corner of paradise on the shores of the lake, just a couple kilometres far from the city of Como. Villa Costanza is a mansion dated back to the early 20th century, restyled and transformed to a luxury Bed & Breakfast and location for exclusive events.  

When approaching Villa Costanza, the park on different levels of terraces welcomes you first. It is a green oasis that perfectly integrates the mansion to the surrounding nature. The dominating position, with an amazing view on Lake Como, will take your breath away. The colours of the sky, the blue and sparkling waters, the bright green of nature and the houses between the lake and the mountain inebriate the senses and lead the spectator to pause to enjoy it fully.
Then, when entering the Villa you will find precious atmosphere that recalls old times. The house, characterized by arches and columns, is completely decorated with frescos handmade by the famous Como based decorator Vanni Savio.
The elegant lounge, with its many French doors directly connected to the park, stretches for the entire length of the residence. A nice patio and the master kitchen complete it.
The luxurious rooms are comfortable and each uniquely characterized, making them the perfect frame to new precious emotions.

Donatella, who gave new life to Villa Costanza, manages this wonderful mansion with passion and with the help of her family and the family pet Saphira. Villa Costanza offers authentic hospitality in an elegant and luxurious environment, with a particular care for details that will make guests feel welcome and important.
